Working together

One hour a week that is yours alone.

One coach, one client, fifty minutes a week. A room where, for once, you are the one being looked after.

The shape
50 minutes · weekly · video

The room

The work between sessions is yours; a direct line to Greg is open when something real comes up.

Four months, then month to month

The commitment

The first four months are a commitment. Structure doesn't move in three weeks, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

Ongoing · stop any time

The season

Some clients build for a season; some keep a standing room for years. Month to month, on your terms.

Re-take the assessment

Growth you can look at

You re-take the assessment as the work goes on and watch the profile move. Most coaching asks you to take its word for it.

The path in
  1. In trial · five minutes The assessment 37 items, taken whenever you like. Nothing to book first.
  2. By email Your profile Four capacities scored, a short reading of each, your four dots on the circle.
  3. Free · thirty minutes The consultation Half an hour on the profile: what is already strong, what it is costing, what to build first.
  4. Weekly · ongoing The work Only if the fit is right. Re-take the assessment as it goes and watch the profile move.
Who this is for

For people who know what everyone else needs, and rarely ask what they do.

  • Founders and executives You know what your team needs, what the business needs, what your family and friends need. It can be surprisingly hard to know what you need, and there are few places you are allowed to find out. This is one of them.
  • Artists and creative leads Growth here is not pressure for more output. It is the deeper work underneath the work, the part that lets creativity move freely again, in line with the artist you are and the name you are building.
  • Anyone mid-climb You want more time, more freedom, more resources, and a clearer sense of what it is all for, and you are not sure where to find them. Or you are leading a team toward excellence while asking more of yourself than anyone sees. Either way, the next level is asking for a bigger person, not a better calendar.
Who this isn't for

I believe clarity is kindness, so here it is up front.

  • A louder alarm clock Accountability pressure works until it stops working. The work here builds the structure that makes the pressure unnecessary.
  • Something acute underneath Trauma, addiction, a marriage in freefall deserve a clinician. If that is what shows up, you will hear it plainly, plus help finding the right person. Coaching and therapy are not rivals: some of the best work here has run alongside a client's psychologist, each in their own lane.
  • Growth guaranteed on a schedule Honest measurement is the whole point, which means no promising what an honest measure cannot deliver.
What it costs

The fit comes first.

The rate is set, and it is the same for everyone. What I do not do is post it beside a calendar and let anyone book a Tuesday. We begin with a free conversation, because what I care most about is whether this is the right fit, for you and for me. If it is, I tell you the rate plainly, before you decide anything.

  • One rate, said plainly The same for everyone, shared in the consultation with the reasoning behind it. No proposal three days later, and no second call to get to the number.
  • No tiers Nothing to compare against a better version of itself, and nothing to be upsold out of later.
  • A no is a fine ending Some of these conversations end in a recommendation and no engagement. Whatever we find together is yours either way, and a referral to someone better suited costs nothing.

* Source: the ICF and PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Coaching Client Study, 2,165 clients across 64 countries. It is self-reported, it is about organisational coaching, and it is old enough now to have a teenager. Read it as a direction the evidence points, not as a promise about you. The honest version: coaching is one of the few development spends where the research consistently clears its own cost, and none of that guarantees it clears yours.

One-on-one work is what I offer today; rooms for small groups will come later. Every session is confidential. The conversation costs nothing, and the first thing anyone pays for here is the work itself.

"I wasn't sure if finding a life coach would be helpful or worth it. From the beginning Greg showed genuine interest in my life and shared tools that helped me grow to a healthier space. I already feel more alive, free, and capable of moving forward. I wish I had found Greg sooner."

"I came looking to grow professionally and found far deeper growth. It opened my eyes to things I was living out of that were holding me back in every arena. My confidence is back, my purpose is clear, my goals have been achieved."

Questions
I've done therapy, coaching, the books. How is this different?

Most of what you've tried worked on your goals or your past. This works on the structure underneath both: four capacities that decide how much of what you already know shows up under pressure. That's why the work starts with an instrument instead of advice, and why nothing here is a program you finish. It's a map and a weekly practice.

Why a four-month start?

Because structure doesn't move in three weeks, and we'd rather say that plainly. Four months is enough to feel a capacity shift in the rooms where it matters, and to re-take the assessment once with something real to compare. After that, everything runs month to month and you can stop any time.

Is the assessment a personality test?

No. A personality profile tells you what you are. CORE takes a snapshot of where four capacities sit today, and capacities are built to change. It's a pilot growth assessment built on validated psychological constructs, and your profile is built to be re-taken. Most people's second one looks different.

How will I know it's working?

You'll feel it first in the rooms that used to shrink you. Then you'll see it: as the work goes on you re-take the assessment and watch your profile move. Here, growth is something you can look at.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. I work on capacity and follow-through; I don't diagnose or treat. I am not a licensed psychologist and don't practice as one. CORE draws on validated constructs from the research literature, which is a different thing from doing clinical work. If what you need is a clinician, I'll say so, and I'm glad to work alongside one.

Is this confidential?

Yes. I treat your story with care and discretion. Coaching isn't clinical treatment, but I work with clear boundaries and high integrity around privacy.

Is this religious?

No. The four capacities are human ones, and the work is developmental. Clients span every worldview: founders, artists, executives, pastors, skeptics. Nothing in the work asks you to share Greg's convictions, and everything in it respects yours. The room is yours.

Start with a conversation. The rest follows from there.
